Olwande back for Leopards test

Samuel Olwande in action against AFC Leopards in the first leg match. He has made a swift recovery from his knee injury and he has been named in the match day squad for the return leg.

Head coach Francis Kimanzi has named his match day squad for the rescheduled Kenyan Premier League (KPL) match against AFC Leopards to be played at the Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani on Wednesday 27 September.

Samuel Olwande is the only change from the squad that did duty against Ulinzi Stars last time out and he takes up the place of Derrick Nzosi.

Daniel Mwaura, who returned to training last week after completing his rehabilitation, will have to wait longer to be included in the match day squad. Meanwhile Alphonce Ndonye, and Ahmed Ahmad are yet to be declared 100% fit by the medical team and they have also been left out.

  1. Seda (ankle) and Wycliffe Kasaya (knee) are still out injured.
