Mathare rally to beat Vihiga

Mathare United picked their seventh win of the season on Sunday after beating Vihiga United 3-1 at Kasarani.

Johnstone Omurwa scored a bizarre own goal to set the visitors ahead in the 31st minute before Kevin Kimani restored parity with a well taken penalty on 42 minutes.

An own goal from Moffat Juma five minutes after the restart gave us the lead and shortly afterwards Cliff Nyakeya doubled our advantage.

The win leaves us top with 23 points, five ahead of second placed Bandari.
